When I met Lydia Fillmon, makeup and microblading artist extraordinaire, she brought sweet baby Lucy with her and we chatted for almost two hours over coffee, getting to know more about what she envisioned for her Complete Branding Package for Haus of Beauty. Colors, fonts, descriptive words, Pinspiration and stock photos were poured over until we found the perfect mix of glam and modern simplicity.
Rose gold. Aqua. Gray. White. Those colors clearly say “fabulous” and I’m so glad those were Lydia’s preferences. They’re some of my favorite too so the entire Branding Package for Haus of Beauty was right up my alley.
From logo variations to color palettes, fonts and her website – I am still in love with this branding package. Rose gold foil is the basis for her lovely script font and a timeless serif font compliments it perfectly in black.
I love Lydia’s style so much that I hired her for my own wedding makeup, for my bridesmaids at first and then also my own makeup (I had it in my head I could do my own makeup just fine thank you very much but after seeing my Maid of Honor’s makeup I realized this was not my calling and Lydia graciously and beautifully did mine too – thank goodness she did!). Not only was she a client of mine, but then I got to be a client of hers. So if you’re looking for makeup (bridal, special occasion, headshots, etc) or microblading (which is permanent eyebrow makeup) I highly highly highly recommend Lydia with Haus of Beauty.
