Robbie’s Birthday | Tallahassee Family Photographer

One of my most favorite things about being a Tallahassee Family photographer is that my fellow photographers and I will refer to each other if one of us isn’t available for our regular clients, we’ll help them find another family photographer.

That was how I was able to meet the Kirby family! Courtney has been their Tallahassee family photographer in the past but was unavailable for their son’s first birthday party. She connected them with me and I was able to photograph Robbie’s first birthday!

Robbie’s first birthday was Daniel Tiger themed, featuring amazing themed cakes (yes! More than one!) by LV’s Bakery , a super cool Radio Flyer wagon and lots of family and friends to make this day extra special.

There were tons of Daniel Tiger balloons, goody boxes for kids to take home, delicious food and of course Robbie got his own smash cake to dive into. He wasn’t sure about it at first but once his momma cut into it, he went to town!

Before Robbie dove into his cake, his Momma played and sang Happy Birthday on their keyboard – how special is that?! Then kids had a great time taking turns riding around with Robbie in his new wagon before we took one final group photo and everyone headed home to crash into sugar-induced nap times!

I loved being their Tallahassee family photographer for this very special moment in their lives! Thank you Courtney, for the referral! And thank you Kirby family for letting me capture Robbie’s Daniel Tiger first birthday photos!
