Luxury Handmade Wedding Invitations | The Gathering

There’s something about opening a beautiful envelope that’s been hand addressed in calligraphy and pulling out luxury handmade wedding invitations. You know right away this is going to be a truly elegant wedding.

I recently had the pleasure of working with fellow TAWP members on a modern glam wedding inspiration photo shoot. And for it, I made two sets of completely different luxury handmade wedding invitations.

White and Gold wedding invitations

Kate of A Piece of Cake organized this stunning white and gold wedding setup. And her request for custom wedding invitations was simple, just white and gold wedding invitations. After she sent some inspiration photos, I couldn’t wait to create these and knew I wanted hand torn envelopes with hand torn linen paper invitations. Then, combine that with gold accents and you get these luxury handmade wedding invitations.

Moody Elegant wedding invitations

Samantha of Samantha Nicole Weddings & Events organized this gorgeous purple and black wedding setup. She sent me several inspiration photos and all of them made me think of moody elegant wedding invitations. Dark, saturated colors with pops of bright colors and gold. With so much intense, deep colors happening on the moody elegant invitations, I went for simple marble envelope liners to balance everything. And the fun detail we came up with together were these hand lettered calligraphy hanging drink name tags.
