Q: what makes your wedding photography packages different from other photographers in Decatur, Indiana?
A: I take all of my photos in intimate, relaxed settings and try to use natural lighting as often as possible. Most noticeably though, I shoot a combination of digital and film – which naturally lends itself to the light, airy photos we’ve all come to love.
Q: how many photographers will be at our wedding?
A: It depends on the size of the wedding, but typically it will be me. Although you can always add on a second photographer for an additional cost.
Q: will we get featured in a magazine or blog?
A: Many of my sessions get featured, but this is not something that is guaranteed. Most publishers are interested in colorful, uniquely designed Decatur, Indiana weddings!
Q: do you photograph elopements?
A: Of course! Depending on availability and the number of hours you have set aside for photography, I have special rates for weekday weddings and elopements.
Q: how soon after our wedding do we get our photos?
A: Because I shoot film, it must be processed by an outside lab. Their standard turnaround time is three weeks. After that, I cull, edit and refine your photos with an average delivery date approximately 6 weeks after your wedding day.
Q: how do we receive our photographs?
A: Your photos will be provided via an online gallery, which remains online for 90 days from date of delivery. I recommend that you download all of your photos and store them in a secure place (iCloud, DVDs, etc). After 90 days, albums are moved offline to my offsite storage provider. From the gallery you can order various products such as prints, enlargements and frames.
Q: we’re doing a destination wedding, do you travel?
A: Yes! I love destination weddings and have been lucky enough to travel for client’s weddings. Send me more information about your travel plans and I’ll create a custom wedding collection to meet your needs.
Wedding Photography Packages
All photo packages include multiple hours of continuous coverage. With digital downloads and purchasing in your own private gallery after your wedding day. My most popular collection includes eight hours of wedding photography. It’s ideal for larger weddings with a reception (of 60 or more guests) immediately following your wedding ceremony.
