What better way to capture your family business than with family photos that will also double as marketing photos? That’s exactly what the family’s of Just Fruits & Exotics retail landscaping nursery asked for and I love the results. Bonus for me because it meant I got to wander through their many acres of plants, herbs, fruits trees and flowers and dream of what my own backyard might look like someday!

Confession, I’m a plant-aholic so this was a dream for me personally. I should also mention, I’ve been creating branding and marketing pieces too for the nursery and have been working with these families for almost a year now in that capacity so it was wonderful to just hang out with them while also capturing photos. And that’s what I love about family photo sessions, it’s what I strive for. That the experience will feel like we’re hanging out and also capturing beautiful memories instead of being posed and awkward.
