Send me your list and I will hand write envelope calligraphy addressing. A beautiful way to make your invitations extra special. Price is per envelope and includes a keepsake return address stamp. Envelopes and postage are not included but can be added for additional fees. Standard turnaround time is 1-3 days per 25 envelopes, depending on schedule availability.

1. TIMELINE: Include the date you need these returned to you by, as well as your event date.
2. QUANTITY: Include the quantity of addresses you will supply me with. You must include 15% extra for any possible errors (including any ink mistakes or any possible last-minute additions). To calculate 15% extra, simply multiply the total number of addresses by 1.15. For example, 60 addresses x 1.15 = 69 envelopes total. Any unused envelopes will be returned to you. This is an industry standard.
3. STYLE: Your return address will be printed via computer, and can be made to match the style of the invitation (if provided).
4. ENVELOPES: You will need to ship your envelopes to me. If you need suggestions on where to purchase your envelopes, please let me know.
5. INK: Indicate what ink color you would like to use. The following options are available: black, gold or white. Please note: the USPS does vary in deliverability when white ink is used. To ensure best-case-delivery-scenario, I recommend black ink.
6. GUEST ADDRESS LIST: Once you book with Poppie Studios for your envelope calligraphy addressing, you will need to submit your guest list. After booking, I will send you a guide on how to submit addresses, which includes tips, etiquette, and requirements for addressing envelopes.

1. Once you purchase this listing, you are officially booked with Poppie Studios for envelope calligraphy addressing.

2. The turnaround time does not start until I receive your envelopes.

3. I will address envelopes exactly as written on the list you supply. Please double and triple check your lists before sending. One round of edits/additions is included. After one round, there is a $25 charge for any changes.

4. When I complete the envelopes (typically 1-3 days per 25 envelopes is my standard turnaround time), I will ship any extras back to you via USPS with tracking.

Any delay due to client will result in a day-for-day extension of the due date for all deliverables and may result in cancellation at the discretion of your order.
– While I am not responsible for replacing your item(s), if your package is lost, stolen, or damaged due to shipping and handling, please notify me within 7 days of delivery.
