Overcome the Overwhelm
It’s exhausting to scour the web trying to find a design that might, kind of, sort of fit with your theme. And then you still have to “customize” it with text, colors, fonts, etc. It’s overwhelming! That’s where I come in. I relieve the overwhelm.

Graphics + Illustrations
I have over 15 years of experience in graphic design. I love everything about it! Fonts, colors, hand-drawn illustrations. That means I have the experience and passion to make your invitations beautiful and professional.

Custom Creations
Your wedding isn’t cookie-cutter, neither should your wedding invitations be. I get to know you as a couple and I learn all I can about the style and theme of your wedding. Then I create custom invitation art as unique as you!

Samples are not personalized and include generic information. They are meant to allow you to see the quality and characteristics of the materials used, as well as the craftsmanship.

WHAT’S ALWAYS INCLUDED:
– Digital proof of all your printed pieces within 3 business days after receiving your personalization.

– Wedding Invitation Assembly. I don’t stuff your envelopes but I do all the hard work. Like inserting your envelope liners, making and attaching your wax seals or other embellishments, so you don’t have to.

– One-on-one access directly with me, your designer. With 20 years of experience as a graphic designer, over 10 specifically in the wedding industry, I’ve seen it all and am a great resource for etiquette advice!

What makes working with me unique:
The best part about all my invitation suites is the paper. My standard paper option is a thick, luxurious 130lb Premium Cardstock. With a velvety cotton texture this is the perfect wedding invitation paper.

I’ve been serving the wedding industry for over 10 years. And have a background in advertising and photography that helps me see the big picture. I would confidently put my paper and printing up against other big online wedding stationery companies!

THE PROCESS:
Our first correspondence (via email or message) will include the project timeline, with completion date. This is also when you will provide me all verbiage for your pieces.

All proofs are designed to actual paper size, using the chosen ink colors. All proof edits require additional proof reviews and take 2-4 days depending on the changes and the busy season, and your timeline will be updated if additional proofs are required. If the scope of your design should change dramatically during the proof process, a new cost proposal must be approved, and a new timeline will need to be evaluated. Every item must be proofed, even single-print signs. If you do not see an item in your proof, it will not be printed. If any color shown is drastically different than you requested, tell me! Each client is given three proofs after initial consultation, and proofs after those will be charged $60/hr. Please count and review all items within 72 hours of pick up or delivery.

APPROVING YOUR PROOF:
Your proof is ready for print when you say it is! I will do an initial check while making the proof, but the final inspection of all spelling and information is your responsibility. After the final proof, you will receive a final approval release via email with the final design that will be sent to print. You must reply in writing to the final proof email in order to begin production. Your written consent confirms that you approve all materials and quantities, as well as the design and text.

When you give your final approval to send to print/order items, you are stating you have reviewed everything carefully for accuracy. I am not liable for any incorrect information on your stationery pieces. Additionally, once you give your final approval, I immediately send your items to print and am unable to stop production after that time. Once the final product(s) arrives, should you see any incorrect information, we can discuss reprint options and you will be responsible for any reprint and/or rush fees.

QUANTITIES:
All projects that are sent to print must be in an increment of 10 for the quantity. For envelopes, I automatically add an additional 15% for addressing errors, which is included in the price. If you would like to change your quantity after receiving your final order or after signing your final approval, additional pieces will be a $100 minimum charge and higher per-unit cost to account for production and press set up fees. Rush fees will also be applied if needed by a certain date.

CALLIGRAPHY ADDRESSING:
Must be reserved at time of order. Addresses must be received by the date assigned via email after you place your order. Late proof approval and/or address submission may result in the loss of your calligraphy reservation or a rush fee. Once items are mailed, Poppie Studios is not responsible for any late, lost or damaged items.

CANCELLATION BY YOU FOR ANY REASON:
If you decide to cancel the job prior to any part of it going to press, you agree to forfeit any payments already made. Cancellations after the job has been sent to press will not be accepted. You cannot cancel any part of your job once the final approval has been sent. All quantities of each item provided in the final approval are covered by this clause upon acceptance of this purchase. Any quantities lowered, or items canceled, are at the sole discretion of Poppie Studios and will constitute forfeiture of that portion of the invoice.

EMAIL/MESSAGING:
Is not foolproof. We will follow the timeline listed in our first communication after your purchase. If you think you are missing an email or message from me, please contact to follow up.

Please be aware that any delays caused by you will postpone your estimated completion date.
