Stephanie Hayes was one of the first photographers I collaborated with after I moved to Tallahassee and she’s been a great source of referrals ever since. And that’s how I connected with Laurel. I was honored to capture the FSU College of Law Juris Dogtorate Graduation event and pet photography!

The Animal Legal Defense Fund offered graduating seniors the opportunity to “graduate” and have pet photography taken at this event. It couldn’t have been a more perfect day and the location was like being at the West Wing! Perfect for Law graduates and their pets.

Event Photography
Laurel supplied dog graduation caps so the 20 or so attendees could have pet graduation photos with their doggies. What a fun time we had! I serve on the Board for the Animal Shelter Foundation and was so impressed by how well all the dogs got along together.

It’s always great when several of my passions can come together. In this case, not only did I get to capture event photography, but I also got to capture pet portraits as well. Thanks Laurel for having me out to capture this super fun event!
