Sue was referred to me through her wedding planner. Love this community of wedding vendors that have embraced me, and I them. It’s amazing what can be done when your wedding vendors work together on a regular basis! For Sue’s romantic succulent wedding invitations, she sent me her wedding mood board. Succulent Wedding invitations
For a June wedding, her color palette was perfect! And succulents, paired with hot pinks and gold? Get out! Such a fun, trendy combination that made me ready for hot summer nights. We wanted colorful, watercolor succulents with a pop of bright pink. So I pulled inspiration from her bouquet flowers: peonies. And we framed both pieces with a double-line gold accent.
Gold foil is a highly requested detail many of my custom wedding invitation clients ask about. And I always include two options in estimates: one with actual gold foil (which is four times as expensive) and one with a gold foil look. As someone with champagne tastes but a beer budget, I know the struggle is real. So for Sue and Brian’s succulent wedding invitations, we decided the gold foil look was better suited for their needs.

Summer Wedding Invitations
These summer wedding invitations really are so fun! They’re bright, colorful and yet simple. To limit how many pieces were in their suite, we included the majority of the details on the actual invitation piece.
