Deciding what business design elements you need can be confusing and overwhelming. With so many logo design packages out there ti can be hard to know what it is exactly that your small business needs. More often than not, I see online vendors selling logo design packages that include a generic premade logo as well as a blah business card template, letterhead and envelope templates as well as folder designs. But do you really need all of that for your small business branding?
No, you probably don’t. I’ve been designing logo design packages for small businesses for years. And most often a small business owner comes to me overwhelmed and discouraged, thinking they’ll have to spend a ton of money on custom branding because they couldn’t find what they wanted after weeks of searching.
I hear you. And that’s why I want you to know, custom logo design packages don’t have to bust your budget. In fact, they shouldn’t. As a business coach, I often tell my students that you should spend enough money to make you appreciate it, but not so much that the return on investment isn’t equal. That goes for anything business related, not just logo designs.

What do I need to do to get a custom logo from you?
I love meeting clients first. Either in person if you’re local or on a phone call. Show me your inspiration, logos you’ve found that you like elements of but just aren’t quite what you’re looking for, anything you’ve found that you might like for your small business logo.
What’s the logo design process include?
After our first meeting, I send an estimate that includes everything we’ve discussed that you’d like your logo design package to include. That could be just a logo (which hint, it’s never just a logo with me, you also get a brand palette, fonts and colors), or other design package items like business cards and a website. That’s why every logo design package is different.
How long does it take to get a custom logo for my small business?
This depends on two things: you and me. It takes me about two to three weeks to create a logo design package for you. Add about five more days per item needed, so a logo and business card with a website too will take about 4-6 weeks. The other variable is you. How quickly you respond to my emails, how quickly you can supply information for your website, etc. The faster you supply me with what I need, the faster I can create a custom logo for your small business.
How do I pay for a custom logo design from you?
Once we agree on total price, I send invoices via Quickbooks so that you can quickly and easily pay online. Work begins only after 50% of the total price is paid. And final files are delivered after the remaining the 50% is paid. I’m happy to work with all budgets though so if you need monthly payments, I’m happy to do that but again, final files aren’t delivered to you until all payments have been made and processed.
